I had promised, really I had... I had promised myself that when the last chapter would come out, I would NOT read it before I had re-read the whole fic again, and my resolution lasted... about... 2/3 secs... And now I'm sad, because it is over, but I'm also overjoyed because the end you chose fits perfectly: not fairytaleish, not overly dramatic, just, as you said, with a bit of hope - probably not what I would have hoped for, dreamer that I am, but, in the end, definitely right (and that's what being a great writer is about, if that makes sense: it leaves you wishing for more, and yet it is complete...). I do love your characters; they might have our "loves"' names but YOU created them and did so beautifully. As I've told you before, I was with those hooked from the beginning, more than once afraid that I wouldn't see the end of this story, and I will never thank you enough for this amazing gift. I want to print it out (if that's all right with you) and keep it in my library, with my favs, so that I'll be able to re-read it whenever I want - and I will want to, no doubt about it. I don't know what more I can say. I will keep my fingers crossed for you to decide to write more in this universe, whenever that might be, and in the meantime I'll wait for your other works; I haven't seen Firefly, so that's a bit hard for me to follow, but I'm curious about that even if more about regency tale. Just write, please...
Ok, that's really enough. So... thanks again and, well... THANK YOU!!! (had I already said that?)
